Judicial Recovery Process

The judicial recovery process is the process followed by the banks to claim their due payments from the borrowers in case there are defaults in repayment of the loans. The method includes sending legal notices or any other method as prescribed by the law for the recovery of debt from the borrower. It is normally used as the last resort after sending several reminders.
