In the event you are directed to a third-party website and if you choose to access them (or avail of such third party’s offerings), we will not be responsible for such third-party websites or applications.

Post termination of your relationship, Jai Finance may continue to use your anonymized data aggregated or in combination with anonymized data of other users. We use this aggregated anonymized data for data analysis, profiling, and research purposes, for example to gain insights about our users and their profiles. We may keep your contact information along with your application details (if any) for fraud prevention purposes and for the exercise/ defence of a legal claim or for providing evidence in legal proceeding(s).

4. SECURITY BREACH

We at Jai Finance, are committed to providing you the utmost security and safeguarding of your personal data. We implement sufficient and reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. While we take every reasonable measure to protect your personal information, it is important for you to understand and fulfil your responsibilities as no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, promptly reporting any suspicious activities, and adhering to the terms and conditions outlined in our Privacy Policy.

i. Your personal data can be accessed after you login to your Account through the Website/App. You are requested to not share your password and login ID with anyone as it can lead to data leakage. You can update the data such as your postal address, contact details, employment information from the Website/App.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, difference or claim arising out of this Privacy Policy the same shall be settled in accordance with the laws of India through regular judicial process and the courts of Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
